Generate PDFs from Google Sheets™ data using Google Docs™ templates
FormToPDF is a Google Workspace™ add-on that generates PDF documents from spreadsheet data. It reads each row from a Google Sheet™, applies the data to a Google Docs™ template using placeholder tags (e.g. {{Name}}, {{Address}}), and outputs a formatted PDF saved to Google Drive™. Images, QR codes, and map images can be embedded directly into the generated PDFs.
Use cases: invoices, certificates, name cards, form letters, batch document generation.

FormToPDF accesses the following data to perform its core function (PDF generation from spreadsheet data):
